Definitions

For the purposes of these Terms & Conditions, the following definitions apply throughout this document:

• "Platform" means the cvy6 website accessible at cvy6.io, including all sub-pages, game lobbies, sportsbook interfaces, account management areas, and mobile-browser-optimised versions thereof.
• "Player" / "User" means any individual who has registered a cvy6 account and is accessing the platform for the purpose of gambling, sports betting, or any other service offered by cvy6.
• "Account" means the registered user account created by a Player on the cvy6 platform, including all associated balance, transaction history, bonus records, and account settings.

Eligibility & Age Verification

Access to and use of the cvy6 platform is subject to strict eligibility criteria. By registering an account, you represent and warrant that all of the following conditions are met and continue to be met throughout your use of the platform:

• You are at least 21 years of age. cvy6 enforces a minimum age of 21 in accordance with responsible gaming standards applicable to the Bangladesh market. This age restriction is non-negotiable and applies without exception.
• You are acting on your own behalf and not as an agent or representative of any third party.
• You are not located in or accessing the platform from a jurisdiction where online gambling is expressly prohibited by law.

Age Verification Process

cvy6 reserves the right to request documentary proof of age from any Player at any time, including but not limited to a National Identity Card (NID), passport, birth certificate, or driving licence. Failure to provide satisfactory age verification documentation within the timeframe specified by cvy6 will result in the suspension of withdrawal rights and may result in permanent account closure. Any winnings accumulated during a period in which a Player is found to have been underage will be forfeited in their entirety.

Account Registration

Each Player is permitted to hold one (1) account only on the cvy6 platform. The creation of multiple accounts by a single individual — whether using the same or different personal details, payment methods, or device identifiers — is strictly prohibited and constitutes a breach of these Terms & Conditions. Where multiple accounts are identified, cvy6 reserves the right to close all associated accounts, void all pending bets, and forfeit all balances without prior notice.

Registration Requirements

At the point of registration, Players are required to provide accurate, complete, and current personal information including their full legal name, date of birth, mobile number, and preferred payment method. Providing false, misleading, or incomplete registration information is grounds for immediate account closure.

Account Credentials

You are solely responsible for the security and confidentiality of your account login credentials. cvy6 will never ask for your password through any communication channel. If you suspect that your account credentials have been compromised, you must notify cvy6 support immediately. cvy6 accepts no liability for losses resulting from unauthorised access to an account where the Player has failed to maintain appropriate credential security.

Account Verification (KYC)

cvy6 may request identity verification at any time, including at the point of first withdrawal, when a large cumulative deposit or withdrawal threshold is reached, or where suspicious account activity is detected. Accepted verification documents include National Identity Card (NID), passport, or other government-issued photo identification. KYC verification is a prerequisite for processing withdrawal requests where cvy6 determines it is necessary.

Deposits & Withdrawals

Deposit Limits

Maximum deposit limits may apply per transaction, per day, or per calendar month, and are communicated within the cashier section of the platform. cvy6 reserves the right to impose additional deposit limits at its discretion, including as part of responsible gaming interventions.

Withdrawal Processing

Withdrawal requests will only be processed to a verified account. The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳500 per transaction. Processing times vary by method — mobile wallet withdrawals (bKash, Nagad, Rocket) are typically completed within a few hours of request approval, subject to verification requirements. cvy6 reserves the right to carry out KYC checks before approving any withdrawal request.

Withdrawal Conditions

Where a Player has claimed a bonus, withdrawals of bonus-related winnings are subject to the applicable wagering requirements being met in full. Attempting to withdraw funds that are subject to an unmet wagering requirement will result in the forfeiture of the bonus balance and any winnings derived from it. Only the original deposit amount may be withdrawn in such circumstances, subject to verification.

Currency

All transactions on the cvy6 platform are denominated in Bangladeshi Taka (৳ / BDT). cvy6 does not guarantee any specific conversion rate for deposits made via international payment methods and accepts no liability for currency conversion losses.

Bonuses & Promotions

cvy6 offers a range of promotional bonuses including but not limited to welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, free spins, cashback offers, and seasonal promotions tied to events such as BPL, Eid, and Pohela Boishakh. All bonuses are subject to the following general conditions in addition to any offer-specific terms published at the time of the promotion:

• Bonuses are available to Players with a fully registered and verified cvy6 account only.
• Each Player is entitled to claim each distinct promotional offer once only, unless otherwise explicitly stated in the offer terms.
• Bonuses are non-transferable and carry no cash value until all applicable wagering requirements are met in full.
• Wagering requirements must be met within the validity period of the bonus. Uncompleted wagering requirements result in forfeiture of the bonus balance and any associated winnings upon expiry.

Game Rules & Fair Play

All casino games available on the cvy6 platform are provided by licensed third-party game developers including, but not limited to, Evolution Gaming, Pragmatic Play, Ezugi, NetEnt, Microgaming, and Spribe. Each game operates in accordance with its own published rules and uses a certified Random Number Generator (RNG) or live-stream infrastructure as applicable. cvy6 does not alter or interfere with game outcomes.

Technical Malfunctions

In the event of a technical malfunction, system error, or disconnection during a game session, cvy6 reserves the right to void the affected game round. Where possible, the game state at the point of disconnection will be reviewed and the result determined accordingly. cvy6 accepts no liability for game interruptions caused by factors outside its direct control, including but not limited to internet service provider outages, device failures, or power cuts experienced on the Player's end.

Displayed Amounts

All winnings, balances, and transaction amounts displayed on the platform are expressed in Bangladeshi Taka (৳). In the event of a discrepancy between the amount displayed on screen and the amount recorded in the platform's database, the database record shall be deemed authoritative.

Sports Betting Rules

The cvy6 sportsbook covers cricket, football, kabaddi, and other sports with pre-match and live in-play betting markets. The following general rules apply to all sports betting activity on the cvy6 platform:

• Bets are accepted at the odds displayed at the time the bet is placed. Live in-play odds may change during the time between bet placement and confirmation. cvy6 will clearly communicate the confirmed odds before a bet is finalised.
• cvy6 reserves the right to limit the maximum stake on any market, restrict a Player's access to specific markets, or decline a bet at its discretion, without being required to state a reason.
• In the event that a sporting event is postponed, abandoned, or cancelled, individual market settlement rules will determine whether bets are settled, voided, or carried over. These rules are published within the sportsbook for each sport and event type.
• Winnings from sports betting are credited to the Player's Real Money Balance upon official market settlement. cvy6 reserves the right to delay settlement pending the resolution of any official result disputes or integrity investigations.
• cvy6 takes the integrity of sport seriously. Any bet placed that cvy6 has reason to believe is connected to match-fixing, corruption, or insider information will be voided and the matter referred to the relevant sporting authority.

Prohibited Conduct

The following activities are expressly prohibited on the cvy6 platform. Engaging in any of the following will result in immediate account suspension, permanent closure, forfeiture of balances, and where applicable, reporting to relevant legal authorities:

• Creating or operating more than one Player account, whether under the same or different personal details.
• Providing false, forged, or misleading personal information at any stage of the account lifecycle.
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or any artificial intelligence tool to place bets, exploit game outcomes, or interact with the platform in a non-human manner.
• Engaging in any form of collusion with other Players to gain an unfair advantage in any game or betting market.
• Exploiting software bugs, display errors, or pricing mistakes — any winnings derived from a known error must be reported and will be voided.
• Engaging in any activity that constitutes or facilitates money laundering, including using the platform as a mechanism to process illicit funds through deposit and withdrawal cycles.
• Systematic bonus abuse, including but not limited to the use of hedging strategies, arbitrage betting across accounts, or coordinated exploitation of promotional terms across multiple accounts.
• Harassing, threatening, or abusing cvy6 staff or other players through any communication channel.

Account Suspension & Closure

cvy6 reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any Player account at any time, with or without prior notice, in any of the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms & Conditions.
• Failure to complete identity or age verification within the specified timeframe.
• Reasonable suspicion of fraudulent, abusive, or prohibited activity.
• A self-exclusion request submitted by the Player through the Responsible Gaming tools.
• Compliance with any applicable legal or regulatory obligation.

Where an account is closed due to a breach of these Terms & Conditions, any Real Money Balance remaining after the deduction of voided bonuses, reversed winnings, or funds subject to investigation may be returned to the Player's registered payment method at cvy6's discretion. Where account closure is initiated by the Player and no breach is involved, the remaining Real Money Balance will be processed for withdrawal to the Player's verified payment method after applicable checks.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, cvy6 shall not be liable to any Player for any loss or damage — whether direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, or special — arising from or in connection with the use of the cvy6 platform, including but not limited to:

• Gambling losses incurred through the normal operation of casino games or sports betting markets.
• Temporary or permanent unavailability of the platform due to technical maintenance, system upgrades, or third-party infrastructure failures.
• Loss of data, game session history, or account information resulting from technical incidents outside cvy6's direct control.
• Decisions made by the Player in reliance on information displayed on the platform, including but not limited to game statistics, odds, or promotional communications.

Nothing in these Terms & Conditions shall exclude or limit liability for fraud, fraudulent misrepresentation, or any other matter for which liability cannot be excluded or limited under applicable law.

Privacy & Data

cvy6 collects, processes, and stores Player personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms & Conditions by reference. By registering an account and agreeing to these terms, you also consent to the data practices described in the Privacy Policy. The Privacy Policy governs how cvy6 collects information at registration, during gameplay, through payment processing, and via customer support interactions.

cvy6 will not sell, rent, or otherwise transfer personal data to unaffiliated third parties for their own marketing purposes. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms & Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws applicable to the jurisdiction in which cvy6 operates. In the event of a dispute between a Player and cvy6 relating to the platform, these terms, or any transaction carried out on the platform, the following process applies:

• Step 1 — Contact Support: The Player must first contact cvy6 customer support at [email protected] and allow a reasonable period for the matter to be investigated and resolved informally.
• Step 2 — Formal Complaint: If the informal resolution process does not produce a satisfactory outcome within 14 days, the Player may submit a formal written complaint to cvy6's compliance team. cvy6 will respond to formal complaints within 28 days of receipt.
